SUPERSTAR!!!!! Our neighbor recommended her own realtor to us but in the next breath said that there was another agent (Diane) who seemed to be selling homes fast in our area. Boy was she right! Our house sold in a week. It was all because she gave us great recommendations about what to do to our house before putting it on the market and perfect listing price for both us and potential buyers. We interviewed 3 realtors (all very good ones) but Diane stood out with her marketing strategies. She hit the floor running with her agent networking luncheon and open house within the first week. We had at least 2 showings every day, twice 3 showings and once 4. We still had requests for showings even after we had 2 offers right away. And let's not forget about good customer service. Wow! She kept us informed every step of the way and held our hands when we didn't quite understand how sometimes negotiations can be very impersonal. And she got us through our panic attack when the night before closing our basement flooded (closing went off without a hitch). We could go on and on about Diane Anderson but we're sure you already have volumes of praise about what an amazing agent Diane is. Cheryl H Helped me buy a home Diane helped us find our home and sell our previous home. She excelled in both aspects of real estate. As a buyer: Diane communicates via email, texts or phone calls, and she responds promptly to any questions or requests. When I saw house I was interested in, she almost always got me in to see it within 24 hours. My husband and I were only doing research, and we weren't planning on selling/buying for several months. Diane did not pressure us or ask us to sign anything. We did end up finding a place much earlier than we had expected, and we're so happy we did! As a seller: Diane knows the market! My previous home was only on the market for about 5 weeks before we got an offer. We closed about a month ago, and we were happy with what we sold it for. There are many homes in our neighborhood that are still on the market. In the five weeks we were on the market, Diane hosted 2 open houses (there are realtors who don't believe in them), and she was set to do a third. The couple who bought our home came through one of the open houses. Diane is a positive, fun realtor to have. We also were very happy with the people she recommended we use (inspector, mortgage broker...even an independent carpet company!). I highly recommend her!
